Everything you need to know about our refund and return policies.
- Digital Items (game keys, DLC, in-game currency): All sales are final. Once a key is revealed or delivered, it cannot be refunded or returned — this matches industry practice for digital goods.
- Exceptions: If a key is proven invalid/faulty on first delivery and you contact support@xptopia.com within 24 hours, we’ll replace or refund.
- How to Request: Email support with order number and details. No refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or incompatibility.
